Tony Wong was born in Guangdong, China in 1948 and immigrated to N.Y later.  He graduated from Chicago Academy of Fine Art in 1972, the next year he graduated from University of California, Berkeley, completing Master degree in literature and in the same school in 1975 he took another master degree in fine art.  His euphemistic abstractionism is best-known; in 1984 he represented the U.S to participate in the Biennale in Venice; his solo exhibitions were held in N.Y, San Francisco, L.A, Chicago, Huston and Taipei, H.K.
